We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
The specimen arrives damaged
The incorrect item is received
Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a request, include:
Order reference
Clear photos of the specimen
Photos of packaging (if applicable)
Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of the archive, we do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Incorrect selections made at checkout
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
RESOLUTION
If approved, we will offer:
A replacement specimen
Or a refund
PROCESSING TIME
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
